  • 2009: Fidelity Bank (Gh) Limited Rights Offer by Private Placement
  • 2009: Intercontinental Bank Limited (now Access Bank (Gh) Ltd)  Rights Offer by Private Placement
  • 2009: Co-manager for the Rights Issue and Private Placement of Fidelity Bank Limited; Fully Subscribed
